AML & Compliance

Norcapay serves medium and high-risk merchants, which makes disciplined compliance the foundation of everything we do. This page summarises the standards we apply and expect from our partners.

Know Your Business & Know Your Customer

Every merchant is onboarded through documented KYB checks covering corporate structure, ultimate beneficial ownership, licensing, website and flow review, and identity verification of directors and owners.

Sanctions and PEP screening

Merchants, owners and counterparties are screened against EU, UK, UN and other applicable sanctions lists, as well as PEP and adverse-media sources, at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

Transaction monitoring

Flows are monitored continuously for unusual patterns, velocity spikes, chargeback trends and fraud indicators. Suspicious activity is escalated internally and, where required, reported to the competent authorities.

Prohibited activities

  • Unlicensed regulated activity in the target market.
  • Sanctioned individuals, entities or jurisdictions.
  • Illegal goods and services, counterfeit products or intellectual-property infringement.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or misrepresented offerings.

Data protection and record keeping

Compliance records are retained for the statutory period and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Questions about our compliance framework can be sent to info@norcapay.com.
