Payment processing is offered to business customers only, subject to successful onboarding and due diligence. We may decline or discontinue a relationship where risk, compliance or scheme requirements are not met.

• Comply with applicable law, card scheme rules and acquirer requirements in every market served.
• Maintain clear terms, refund and support policies for your own customers.
• Refrain from processing prohibited or unlicensed activities.

Settlement timelines, pricing, rolling reserves and chargeback handling are defined in the signed merchant agreement. Indicative timelines published on this site (for example T+7 on FTDs and T+1 on retention) are subject to acquirer approval and risk assessment.
